MG Cleaners LLC., serves the drilling market segment with proprietary branded products including detergents, surfactants and degreasers (such as Miracle Blue®). MG sells equipment and provides service crews that perform on-site repairs, maintenance and drilling rig wash services.
SMG’s Oil Tools rental division includes an inventory of 850 bottom hole assembly (BHA) tools such as stabilizers, drill collars, crossovers and bit subs rented to oil companies and their directional drillers.
SMG’s frac water management division, known as Momentum Water Transfer, focuses in the completion or fracing market segment providing high volume above ground equipment and temporary infrastructure to route water used on location for fracing.
The Company’s strategy is to acquire and grow oilfield service companies that expand our suite of services to customers and broaden our exposure across Drilling, Completion and Production segments of the market.

The Company's operating subsidiaries are a member of ISNetworld, a Safety Compliance Organization, that helps connect safe qualified contractors and suppliers with customers bring together a partnership to help ensure safer job site activities.
As emphasized in ISNworld, our employees are trained to assess potential risks and identify potential hazards. Our management communicates with customer personnel to ensure that safety practices are always priority one on the job site. Our employees are also authorized to stop a job when conditions are unsafe and then report to the customer of the action that should be considered.
Prior to any job the employee is trained by qualified Safety Personnel on what kind of job they will be working on and the safety aspects of the job and the safety action that must be taken on the job.
Periodic safety audits and reviews are conducted by management to improve efficiency and safety awareness on and off the job site

Sept 19, 2017 – Acquired MG Cleaners LLC. Drilling segment focused. Products and services to drilling rig operators and E&P companies.
October 24, 2017 – SMGI shares up-list to OTC Markets QB exchange (OTCQB:SMGI) as a fully reporting operating public company.
February 15, 2018 – SMGI acquires RigHands™ product line that fits MG Cleaners’ distribution system.
June 4, 2018 – Opens South Texas facility to scale the Company’s services in Eagle Ford Shale area.
October 1, 2018 – SMG acquires large inventory of 850 down hole oil tool used in bottom hole assemble (BHAs) rented to directional drillers and operators.
December 7, 2018 – Momentum Water Transfer acquisition – Completions segment focused. Frac water transfer business hired by E&P operators to send high volume water supply using above-ground temporary infrastructure to frac sites.
